The objective of this project is to create wines of excellence without being exclusively linked to the grapes of a single farm or vineyard plot and the vast knowledge of the region that saw it born allows to make a selection and monitoring of the grapes to produce the profile of the desired wine .
After a careful collection of the grapes in boxes of small capacity, the grapes are totally de-stemmed; prolonged fermentation with temperature control (part in mills, part in small volume fermentation tanks).
Very complex; notes of red fruit, jam and chocolate.
Large volume of mouth and intense tannins with a lot of structure. Long and nice finish.
